Testimonials:
"My family and I have been working with Gary for a couple of years now and I couldn't be happier with the results, experience, and cohesive teamwork. He is extremely encouraging and pushes me to reach goals that we have set together. I am fortunate enough to work with him on a professional level as well. I am a Physical Therapist and there is no one I would rather send my patients to. We collaborate to make sure the clients continue to strengthen and reach their fitness goals! His experience and background make him my recommendation for my patients."

"I have been working with Gary for almost a year and I specifically wanted to work with Gary because of his knowledge of how to exercise correctly and without causing injury. Gary designed a program for me that has dramatically reduced the chronic knee and back pain that I have had all my adult life...they were always exacerbated with exercise. In addition to the reduced pain my conditioning, flexibility, and strength have all improved to the point where I am in better shape now than I have been in 20 years. Gary's attention to detail has made a tremendous difference in my progression. Small tweaks and corrective changes during training to my form, stance, or effort dramatically changed the impact of the exercise. I was so impressed with how Gary has helped me that I asked him if we would also work with my wife and daughter. I highly recommend working with Gary to anyone looking to improve their physical well-being".

"Before I started with Gary I had such pain in my knee that I had to stop exercising. I was a regular exerciser, working out 5-6 days a week but my knee had gotten to the point that it hurt when I stood up or when I walked. I seriously thought I would not be able to exercise again, My husband was training with Gary and he asked Gary if he thought he would be able to help. After an assessment we started training in person 2 days a week and 2 days of "homework". I can't tell you the improvement he has made for me! I am in zero pain and I still train with Gary, trusting him to guide me in the proper technique and exercises to make me stronger. I highly recommend him! He knows his stuff and is always positive and encouraging!"

Testimonials:
“I am 66 years old and have been training with Gary once a week for about 3 years. In addition to improving my overall general fitness, Gary has been focused on specifically training me for golf. He is Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) certified and understands the golf swing and the specific muscle groups that need to be trained. He put me through a detailed assessment prior to starting and then designed a program focused on the areas needed for improvement. Heavy emphasis on stability, balance, strength, flexibility, core and glutes. Many of the exercises are very translatable and mimic different parts of the swing. I have seen significant lowering of my handicap and better distance. And I play with zero pain; before, during and after! Gary is the best trainer that I have ever worked with. You can check out all his certifications which are impressive, but they don’t begin to tell the whole story. He is very creative in his approach to training and designs sessions that are challenging and constantly changing. He pushes hard but always is concerned about preventing injury. He takes a personal interest in my development, is a great motivator, and just a really upbeat and fun guy to be around. I feel like I am in great shape thanks to our workouts. I couldn’t recommend anyone more. “

“My need for a personal trainer is probably a little different than most. While many may want to lose weight, get in shape, or feel healthier, I needed to find a trainer who could actually keep me functioning in my daily life. A few years ago my lower back was crushed in a 37-foot fall. Following spinal surgery and 6 months of physical therapy I could walk but was in pain and still limited in my daily activities. As a television meteorologist, my job requires that I stand, move, and point to a map with ease and no pain. Gary took me from limited progress in physical therapy to someone who now cycles 100 miles a week. Unlike many trainers who put you through their routine, Gary developed a routine that worked for me and my delicate spine. While at times unconventional looking, Gary incorporated machine and free-weight methods that not only brought me back to a pre-injury state, but helped me get in the best shape of my life.”
